Uniroyal began as an American rubber company, but the tyre business carrying the name in Europe has been part of Continental since 1979. It now sits in the same commercial vehicle stable as Continental’s own lines, developed against the same test programmes and sold as the group’s value proposition rather than as a separate independent maker.
Uniroyal forms part of Continental’s commercial tyre portfolio, giving dealers a choice of truck patterns alongside the group’s premium range.
