Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and north Essex are the natural catchment. Within 20 miles of the depot we deliver same day. Within 40 miles it is next-day AM, which covers a large part of the East Anglian commercial and agricultural trade.
Beyond that radius, orders run on the standard mainland England next working day service from the main stockholding. Contact the desk with your postcode to confirm the delivery service for your location.
Collection
Collection is within the depot’s opening hours of 09:00–17:00. Phone the order through and give a collection time so it is picked and staged before you arrive. Please let us know your vehicle type and ensure it is suitable for the size and weight of the tyres, with appropriate unloading equipment available at your destination.
Bring casings on the same trip if you are on a scrap collection or casing credit arrangement.
Delivery and the cut-off
The order cut-off is 18:00 across the network. Orders placed before 18:00 on a working day are picked and despatched the same day; later orders go on the following day’s despatch. The minimum order is a complete set of tyres.
Ninety per cent of deliveries go out on our own fleet, and ghost shipment under your own name is available here as everywhere else. The full lead times by zone are on the delivery and cut-off times page.
